Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026. This notice explains how VerdeSync handles website enquiries and business contact information.
Who is responsible
VERDESYNC LIMITED, company number 16984014, is responsible for this website. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Contact info@verdesync.com about your information or this notice.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, company information, message and any optional phone number or files you provide. The website also processes technical information used to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs. Please do not send patient information, identity documents or other sensitive personal data through the enquiry form.
How we use information
We use business enquiries to understand requests, reply, prepare a proposed scope and keep a record of the discussion. Our basis for handling business contact details is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing professional relationships. Where an individual asks us to take steps towards their own contract, or we perform that contract, contractual necessity may apply. We also use information where needed to meet a legal obligation or protect the website against abuse.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter sign-ups are currently paused. A future newsletter will have a separate optional sign-up and a way to unsubscribe. We do not use the enquiry form to make decisions about individuals that have legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
Storage, service providers and access
Contact-form entries are stored within our WordPress website and notification emails are directed to our business inbox at info@verdesync.com. Website hosting, email delivery, security and administrative service providers help us operate these systems. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for an engagement or a legal obligation.
VerdeSync operates remotely, including from Pakistan, so business information may be accessed there by the team handling your request. Our providers may process information in other countries. Contact us for information about the locations and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry. Before exchanging confidential client records, we agree the working systems, access responsibilities and any required data-processing terms as part of the engagement.
How long we keep information
Our current policy is to review inactive enquiries 12 months after the last meaningful contact and remove or anonymise information no longer needed. This is a review policy, not an automatic deletion timer. Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, retention is set by the agreed scope, the purpose of each record and applicable accounting, contractual or legal requirements. Any continuing need to retain information should be recorded and reviewed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact info@verdesync.com to raise a request or complaint. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the relevant authority where you live.
Our website uses services for page delivery, security, authentication and spam prevention. The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical information to assess abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service describe its service. You may contact us by email if you prefer not to use the form.
We have paused Google Analytics code insertion through Site Kit and deactivated the Meta pixel and Crisp chat plugins while their consent and privacy configuration is reviewed. Existing cookies from earlier visits can remain in your browser until they expire or you clear them. Browser settings let you inspect, block or delete cookies; blocking some technologies may affect website features.
Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other external services take you to services governed by their own privacy information. We will update this notice when our website processing changes.
